Our client residing in Riga (Latvia) is looking for a proactive and professional Personal Assistant (M/F) to make his daily life easier. The position is to be filled asap - Live-in position Long term contract

Responsibilities

Accompany the client for meetings and appointments Organise the client's travel, make reservations … Management of the employer's professional and personal diary Internet research Maintain shopping accounts Help organise events Run errands Liaising with other staff Travelling with the employer

Requirements

At least 3 years experience in a similar position Discreet, able to deliver a high standard service Proactive person with multitasking skills Well organized with large flexibility Available to travel Comfortable with communication tools (telegram, zoom, whatsApp…) English speaking Driving license appreciated Valid passport
