Job description
Our client, based in Munich (Germany), is looking for a Property Caretaker who speaks both French and German to ensure the general upkeep of the main residence and a nearby secondary residence.
Position available immediately.
Permanent contract with accommodation provided.
Responsibilities
Ensure the general upkeep of 2 properties (interior & exterior).
Ensure the general functioning of equipment and devices (boiler, pump, air conditioning).
Report any equipment malfunctions and implement solutions.
Interface with service providers.
Ensure proper execution of maintenance work.
Care for, install, and store garden furniture (umbrellas, cushions, chairs, tables, loungers...).
Undertake minor DIY and repairs (changing light bulbs, minor electrical work...).
Maintain terraces and the pool area.
Rake paths, sweep, and assist the gardening team with minor gardening tasks.
Clear snow, salt pathways.
Maintain tools.
Manage quotes, invoices, and expenses with reporting to the property owner.
Shopping upon request.
Driving upon request.
Vehicle maintenance (interior and exterior) and monitoring of maintenance records.
Reporting to the property owner.
Requirements
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
Grounds-oriented, dynamic, independent, and sociable individual.
Good communicator.
Guaranteed discretion towards the employer.
Good DIY knowledge.
Flexibility required.
Proficiency in both French and German required (good basics).
Driving license required.
Work conditions

Working conditions : Monday to Friday, 40h/week with flexibility required on weekends if necessary.
Accommodation provided.
Trial period : 1 month, renewable.
