Job description
Ultra High Net Worth Family, owner of a magnificent castle located in Rambouillet, is seeking a kitchen assistant to join its dedicated team of household staff.
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will have the essential responsibility of contributing to the preparation and presentation of continental breakfast as well as the three-course lunch, showcasing the delights of classic French and European cuisine.
Responsibilities
Assist the head chefs in creating and developing menus in accordance with defined quality standards.
Aid in the planning and organization of meals and menus.
Participate in budget management and cost optimization.
Collaborate with the team to place orders for necessary products, preferably with experience working with Rungis.
Contribute to the smooth functioning of the kitchen by supporting daily operations.
Strictly adhere to hygiene and food safety standards.
Requirements
Experience in French and European cuisine is appreciated.
Ability to work in a team and follow directions.
Interest in menu creation, planning, and coordination.
Communication skills and adaptability.
Experience with private families, catering, or luxury hospitality.

Working hours from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a scheduled break.
