Job description
Our client is looking for a head housekeeper/caretaker (M/F) for their property located in Adainville, France
The candidate will be the main point of contact for the employers and external service providers. They will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the property.
The individual must also have good culinary knowledge to prepare family meals. The couple will stay in the property approximately 4 days a week and host guests during the weekends.
During the winter season, as the employer is rarely present at the Adainville residence, the candidate may be asked to work 1 to 2 days a week at their main residence in Paris.
This is a permanent position, with accommodation provided, available as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
General household maintenance
Daily cleaning and dusting
Complete organization of the home
Cleaning windows and floors
Management of cleaning and minor repair supplies
Laundry washing, ironing, folding, and organizing
Grocery shopping for food and cleaning products
Cooking family meals using fresh ingredients
Table preparation and occasional table service
Management and oversight of external service providers
Property surveillance
Ensure cleanliness of outdoor spaces and perform light gardening
Clean and maintain outdoor furniture
Minor household repairs
Management of property's energy supply and waste disposal
Requirements
Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar environment
Independent, flexible, and well-organized individual
Reliable and discreet person
Possesses good culinary skills
Has an interest in gardening
Enjoys living in a rural environment
Driver's license (Category B) and own vehicle
French Speaking

Employment contract: Permanent (CDI) - Full-time
Work hours: To be defined, based on owner's presence - Ideally 2 rest days during the week
Independent house with 2 bedrooms - Partner accepted
