Job description
Our educational team at Morgan & Mallet School, a training organization, is seeking a Gardener-Pool Maintenance Specialist trainer to educate our students at our property located 15 minutes from the center of Bordeaux.
As a trainer, you will be responsible for instructing our students on the tasks and responsibilities related to garden and pool maintenance while adhering to Morgan & Mallet School's curriculum and meeting the high standards of our future clientele.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in luxury properties and a strong desire to impart their knowledge and expertise to the career-changing students of Morgan & Mallet School.
Responsibilities
Conduct theoretical and practical training for future household personnel
Supervise and assess students to help them acquire necessary skills
Follow Morgan & Mallet School's training processes and pedagogical content
Maintain close collaboration with the training officer regarding student progress and evaluations
Occasional travel to participate in customized training directly at a luxury client's property
Requirements
Proven experience in high-end private households
Excellent knowledge of garden and pool maintenance
Degree in gardening or pool maintenance is appreciated
Experience in training or teaching is a plus
Hold an Activity Declaration Number (NDA) or be willing to obtain one
Excellent communication and instructional skills
Must speak French
