Job description
A lovely family residing in St Tropez (French Riviera) is looking for a qualified guardian couple to be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the property, including the interior of the villa and the outdoor areas.
The house is used as secondary property.
It's a live-in position with separated accommodation.
This is a full-time permanent position
Starting date asap.
Responsibilities
Full interior maintenance of the main villa
Complete maintenance of the outdoor spaces (terraces, garden, vegetable garden ...)
Cleaning and tidying of all rooms in the house as well the guest's house
Maintenance of family and household laundry (washing, ironing, and organizing)
Family cuisine
Table service and clearing
Grocery shopping
Inventory management, storage
Pool and garden furniture maintenance ( deckchairs, parasols, cushions...)
Liaising with external providers and artisans
Surveillance and security of the property
Minor repairs and handyman tasks
Maintenance of the poultry house (feeding and care of the animals)
Budget management and documented expenses
Regular reporting to the property management office
Report any equipment malfunctions to the property management office
Driver for the employer/family
Cars maintenance
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
Discreet individuals
Flexible, meticulous with sense of responsibilities
Service-oriented mindset
Ability to work autonomously and be organized
Handyman and good gardener skills
French language fluency with good level of English
Valid driver's license required
Familiar with pets

Work contract : Permanent - Full time - weekly schedule to be defined
Separated accommodation on the property + car service
