Job description
We are looking for a versatile Housekeeping Employee responsible for the interior maintenance and laundry management of our client's primary residence located in Fontenay-sous-Bois (94). A strong knowledge of cleaning techniques for noble/precious materials is required.
The position is available as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
Ensure daily cleaning of the residence (700 m2).
Perform maintenance of noble/precious materials following the instructions provided by the employer.
Use appropriate cleaning techniques for each type of material.
Use tools/equipment (brushes, microfiber cloths, feather dusters, etc.) suitable for the materials.
Manage stock of cleaning products and make necessary purchases.
Maintain the highest standards of quality in housekeeping.
Document cleaning activities (cleaning frequency, precautions to be taken, choice of products according to materials, treatments to be applied, etc.).
Manage laundry (sorting, washing, ironing, and storage).
Manage wardrobes.
Handle additional services (dry cleaning, florist, pharmacy, shopping, etc.).
Receive deliveries and packages.
Coordinate with external service providers (craftsmen, delivery personnel, etc.).
Report any equipment malfunctions (air conditioning, spa area, gym, home cinema, etc.) to the employer.
Provide regular reports to the employer.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in high-end interior maintenance.
Excellent mastery of noble material cleaning techniques.
Strong knowledge of different precious materials (marble, bronze, brass, exotic wood, stainless steel, stone, lacquer, etc.).
Solid understanding of cleaning products and their usage.
Ability to work with precision, meticulousness, and attention to detail.
Autonomous, organized, and dynamic individual.
Trustworthy with good communication skills.
Driver's license required.
