Job description
A family consisting of 2 adults and 2 young children (aged 7 and 2) residing in Mougins, France is looking for a Housekeeper/Laundress.
The person, who should be willing to commit to a long-term position, will be responsible for the complete management of the laundry and may assist with housekeeping tasks in support of an existing Housekeeper at the residence.
The position is located in Mougins, France.
This is a part-time permanent position available as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
Be responsible for the complete maintenance of household and family laundry.
Handle washing, ironing, and folding of the laundry with precision and care.
Perform daily ironing of various clothing items.
Handle different fabric types and garments based on their composition.
Provide support to the existing Housekeeper with any housekeeping tasks to be carried out based on the schedule or priorities.
Maintain floors, furniture, and delicate materials with precision.
Know how to clean glass surfaces and fixtures.
Able to maintain the sports room, pool house, or caretaker's house if necessary.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within a private family, luxury hospitality, or yacht industry.
Efficient, versatile, organized, and autonomous individual.
Dynamic and energetic.
Capable of taking initiatives.
Integrity and flexibility.
Must enjoy the company of pets (presence of a dog).
Work conditions
Job title: Housekeeper/Laundress.
Position available: As soon as possible.
Workplace: Mougins, France.
Employment contract: Permanent.
Part-time position: 20 hours per week.
Working hours: 4 hours per day, either from 9 am to 1 pm or from 2 pm to 6 pm.
Salary
Hourly net salary of €14.5, totaling €1250 net per month for 20 hours worked per month.
