Job description
A family with 2 adults and 2 young children aged 7 and 2 living in Mougins (06) is looking for a Private Chef.
The person, who wishes to commit to a long-term position, will be in charge of preparing elaborate meals on a daily basis.
A housekeeper is already present in the home.
The position is located in Mougins (06). This is a permanent position to be filled as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
Prepare daily lunches for Mr. and Mrs. and their children
Preparation of daily dinners for the whole family
Prepare breakfasts to be reserved
Know how to prepare high-quality, elaborate cuisine based on healthy, varied and balanced products
Ability to prepare meat and protein dishes
Be able to prepare more elaborate dishes for occasional dinners organized by Monsieur and Madame
Set and clear the table, tidy up
Serve at family dinners
Run food and other errands
Maintain and clean the kitchen area and all household equipment on a daily basis
Follow the menus requested by the employer
Work as a team with the children's nanny and Monsieur's coach to ensure the right composition of dishes
Requirements
At least 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position in a private family, luxury hotel or on yachts
Mastery of cuisine based on seasonal produce
Ability to prepare simple or elaborate, balanced and healthy cuisine
Efficient, versatile, organized and autonomous
Dynamic and energetic
Able to take initiative
Integrity and flexibility
Good elocution and presentation
Enjoy pets (presence of a dog)
