Job description

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for a french restaurant in Bahrain, Middle East, for one of our clients. The manager of the renowned french brand will be responsible for managing a team, assisting in the development of business activities, ensuring quality control of products and providing high-end service. You will contribute to the brand image and maintain the highest standards. This position is available immediately, on a permanent basis, with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities

Ensure the smooth operation of the service and participate in all customer service operations until payment. Coordinate the different services throughout the day (breakfast, lunch, brunch, tea salon) to ensure smooth service. Ensure the quality and follow-up of services. Ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and development, including handling complaints. Promote and showcase the restaurant's products. Monitor performance and management indicators. Manage the team: recruitment, integration of new employees, training, organizing the team's work, activity planning based on customer traffic, creating schedules, compliance with current legislation. Control inventory and stock management. Ensure compliance with administrative procedures. Ensure proper maintenance of the restaurant in accordance with HACCP standards.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in this position or equivalent. Knowledge and experience in prestigious establishments. Sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and team spirit. Strong management and excellent team management skills. Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is appreciated. Driver's license required.

Salary
