Fine Dining Supervisor

Provide guidance, support and training to the dining staff, including servers, hosts and hostesses. Schedule and assign work shifts, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient utilisation of staff. Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and address any performance or behaviour issues. Lead by example and always maintain a professional and customer-oriented demeanour. Maintain and enforce the restaurant's standards of service, ensuring that all staff members adhere to them. Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness, proper prep setup, and attention to detail in table settings. Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages. Monitor and manage table assignments, reservations, and seating arrangements to optimize dining room efficiency. Oversee the pacing of service, ensuring that customers receive their orders in a timely manner. Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of food preparation and delivery. Anticipate and plan for the private events making appropriate arrangements.​​
