Domestic/Caretaker Couple

Housekeeping to a high standard of a large villa composed of 6 double bedrooms, large living rooms, a large kitchen, and the amenities Keep the house in order : daily cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms, of vacuuming and cleaning the floors and all decorative items Cleaning of art Get the house totally ready prior to the arrival of the Principals Is able to prepare some cooking if needed , confident in the kitchen, willing to help if required Set up lunch and dinner table, informal table service Assist the family while they are in residence (pack, unpack luggage, book reservations, make appointments…) Washing and ironing or steaming of clothes and linen, folding and hanging, wardrobe management, liaising with dry-cleaning service when necessary. Running errands and grocery shopping upon request Management of food stocks and household products Light gardening, planting, pruning: mow lawn, blow pine needles and leaves, trim hays Handyman duties : small repair and renovation works and painting, technical knowledge of domestic equipment Ensure the surveillance of the property, the gates to the house and to the boat house Monitor air conditioning, household equipment, fridges, hobs, bbq Treating the pool with chemicals if required, fixing the pump, heating system Chauffeur duties (pick up and drop off at the airport, driving the family around the area) Car cleaning, service and maintenance Drive the family boat (if licensed)
