Job description
We are a leading household staffing agency based in Dubai, providing exceptional domestic staffing services to high-end clients across Middle East. We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Household Staff Recruiter to join our team.
Our agency is based in Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Identify suitable candidates for open positions, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.
Write job descriptions, review resumes, and screen potential candidates.
Register the candidate on Morgan Mallet Database
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all parties involved.
Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates and clients.
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activity and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment industry, ideally in a high-end domestic staffing agency.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
