Job description
Live-in or live-out top notch and experienced housekeeper needed for a HNW family living in Gstaad, Switzerland. You must have a good eye for detail and should love being a housekeeper.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the property ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed with a reasonable time frame to the highest possible standards.
You must have a proven track record of housekeeper experience in a similar setting and be organized at all times, dedicated to your principles and be an excellent team player to work alongside other members of staff, to include another housekeeper.
Responsibilities
Washing, ironing and laundry; including handling delicate, luxury & couture clothing. Arrange for dry-cleaning when appropriate.
Managing principle’s wardrobes, keeping on top of the organisation
Serving the family at mealtimes and events
Maintaining and cleaning of furniture and fixtures
All the general household cleaning to very high standards
Making beds and changing linens
Cleaning of windows and frames inside
Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping
Polishing family silver
Greeting guests, offering refreshments including table set up ahead of meetings
Requirements
Work as part of a team
Always maintain professionalism
Be proactive and discreet
Discretion a must
Fluent English
Must be hard-working and flexible

Salary
Salary starting at CHF 65K gross per annum depending on experience
