Our client is looking for a Travelling Happy Maker fluent in English, and German would much appreciated. The mission of the travelling Happy Maker is to make the daily life of our client easier and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Location: Home Office in Europe - Travelling permanently
Responsibilities
The Happy Maker: Makes daily life easier and travels with the family Anticipates and prepares activities of the family: IE: Goes to the restaurant before client’s arrival tocheck everything is ready and in order as per the tests and needs of the family: room temperatures, best table reserved, checks allergies with the cuisine, orders the wine ect. Is in charge of making sure everything is absolutely perfect prior and during the diner
Escorts shopping activities and make sure everything is available and ready for presentation, he pays the bills and make sure the family doesn’t need to wait.
Is able to build strong relationships with all hoteliers, employees and staff, he makes himself so appreciated that employees are receptive and happy to please him.
Is a great PR, builds strong relationships that will generate qualitative invitations to events and gets the appropriate seating environment.
Is absolutely fluent in English, German language would be very appreciated
Is a well travelled person, he knows the places and the environment of UHNW, he knows the society life and codes
Requirements
Senior profile with at least 5 years experience in a similar role
Smart, Elegant, Charismatic
Able to anticipate, attentive to details
Available and flexible
Fluent in English, German very much appreciated
Strong communication skills
Great PR, People person
Expert in organising things perfectly
