Job description
We are looking for a professional Travelling Butler / Personal Assistant in London, United Kingdom, for our client who is mainly based in Poland.
The client travels for both leisure and business all over the world but mainly in Europe (UK, Germany, Switzerland, Italy...) and the ideal candidate will have to travels to Poland to assist the Principal prior to his trips.
The Butler/Personal Assistant will provide a personalised concierge service in each destination, and he will need to anticipate any demands and coordinate the trips in close collaboration with the travel agency and the family office. He will ensure a quality service in each of these tasks.
The position is a full-time to start immediately.
The candidate can be based anywhere in Europe but will need to be totally flexible to travel at a very short notice, approximately 180 days of travel per year.
Accommodation is provided when traveling.
Responsibilities
Supporting and assisting the Principal durind their travels
Travelling to Poland ahead
Helping with travels and business meetings
Make sure hotels/properties are totally ready to prior to arrivals and liaising with all staff
Packing and unpacking luggage.
Find out the best Michelin star restaurants, accommodations, activities, shopping
Scheduling appointments, restaurants, meeting and maintaining an events calendar
Checking in/out in the various hotels
Management of clients' personal belongings
Management of service providers and suppliers
Management of special requests by providing a personalised service
Liaising between private pilot and crew before Principals’ arrivals
Requirements
Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in a similar position
Looking for a long-term job
Trustworthy, organised person
Have an extensive network and knowledge of high-end destinations, hotels, and restaurants
Know how to work under pressure and be calm
Have experience in high-end concierge services
MUST BE Bilingual Polish and English
European driving licence required
