Job description
Our client is looking for an experimented Head Housekeeper to work in their luxury property in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, South of France (Near Monaco).
It is a full time and permanent position, starting as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
Full housekeeping duties including regular deep cleaning
Leading and overseeing the work of the housekeeping team
Maintaining the staff rota and ensure all shifts are covered
Create time out of the shifts to carry out Head Housekeeping duties
Staff holiday scheduling
Regular property walk throughs checking for issues or opportunities to improve standards
Ensuring the housekeeping team are well-presented and wearing the correct uniform
Creating and updating cleaning checklists
Maintain cleaning calendar
Monitoring standards of household cleanliness and carrying out regular daily checks
Create and maintain household cleaning manuals
Monitor stock of household cleaning suppliers
Requirements
M/F
At least 5 years experience in a similar position
Experienced with luxury standards
Managerial qualities
Highly discreet, reliable and trustworthy
Flexibility required
Must speak English
Motivated and dynamic
Must be happy to do cleaning work
Great eye for details
Full clean driving licence

Employment contract : Permanent and full time contract, 40 hours a week
