Job description
Busy UHNW Private Household is looking for an highly experienced and skilled live-out and part-time sole Housekeeper who can commit to work 3 days per week in their Hampstead property.
The ideal candidate has to be a highly professional and detail-oriented person with a common sense. He/she is a native or fluent English speaker with extensive experience in working with substantial property and able to maintain to a very high standard.
The Housekeeper will also have to liaise with contractors and other staff members on a regular basis.
Start: 24th of October 2022.
Responsibilities
Extensive housekeeping and thorough and detailed cleaning including delicate surfaces and materials to the highest standard
Cleaning of sofas, chairs, carpets, under the carpets, etc
Change bed linen and towels, replenish toiletries
Proper use of cleaning products
Tidying up, organising pantries and cabinets
Laundry and ironing
Dry cleaning
Daily, weekly and monthly cleaning projects and reorganisation
Keeping all floors, equipments and surfaces pristine and tidy at all times
Small errands
Liaising with contractors and staff members on a regular basis
Requirements
M/F
At least 5 years experience in a similar role in a private household
Impeccable references
Native or fluent English speaker
Highly skilled and experienced in all areas of housekeeping and laundry to a very high standard
Experience in working with substantial property
Meticulous person with attention to detail
Team player and hands-on person
Trustworthy, bright and energetic personality
Person who takes pride in their job
Excellent communication skills
Very discreet, invisible but present
Highly flexible and adaptable to last minute changes
Able to keep themselves busy and see what has to be done
Valid driving licence
Work conditions
3 days per week 7 hours a day (most likely Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday or Thursday from 9 am to 4 pm). Flexibility required according to the Principal’s needs. Possibility of additional optional hours.
Salary
£ 18 - £ 19 gross/hour (according to profile and experience)
