Job description
Our client from Dubai,UAE is looking for a Private Chef Cook who can come and cook lunch and dinner for him and his family (3 people).
The client is looking for someone who can cook continental European dishes which are healthy and nutritional. The chef will be expected to do the shopping by him/herself.
This is a long-term live-out position, accommodation is not provided.
Start: August-September 2022.
Responsibilities
Menu planning
Sourcing high quality ingredients
Cooking lunch and dinner (mainly modern European dishes)
Cleaning the kitchen and appliances after use
Tidy and organise the fridge and pantries
Requirements
Experience working as a private chef
Experience cooking healthy food, including gluten and sugar free dishes
Solid experience in modern European cuisine
Experience in North African cuisine will be a plus
Arabic language will be an advantage
Flexible and adaptable individual
Work conditions
Schedule: 5 days per week, hours to be discussed
