Full time Live-in Domestic/caretaker couple is required in Saint Tropez, The French Riviera
Family of five is looking for a Domestic Couple to take care of a magnificent house located near the village of Saint Tropez, France.
The property is a secondary residence to this gentle and discreet family that comes especially on week-ends and during the summer months.

Responsibilities
Vacancy duties and responsibilities
General maintenance of the property (interior and exterior).
Gardening, trimming hays and trees, mowing lawn, watering and planting (one hectare of ground).
Handyman duties.
Small repair and renovation works and painting, technical knowledge of domestic equipment.
Technical maintenance of the interior and exterior equipments.
Maintenance of the garden (10 000 m2) (lawn mowing, pruning trees, planting etc.).
Keeping the residence clean and tidy at all times.
Housekeeping and laundry when the family is in residence.
Preparing breakfast. Cooking not required but a plus.
Kitchen help when required.
Assist the family while they are in residence (pack, unpack luggage, reservations, appointments etc).
Shopping errands and groceries. Scooter provided.
Good knowledge of cleaning products and their use.
Management of food stocks and household products.
Expense tracking.
Ensure the surveillance and maintenance of the property (garden, cameras/alarms, home automation, pool etc.).
Report technical problems or malfunctions related to the property to the principals.
Maintenance of the terrace and outside furniture and equipment (sun beds, parasols, towels etc.).
Coordination with local providers and suppliers and supervision.
Requirements
Profil requirement
M/F
At least 3 years experience in similar position.
No children at charge, no pets.
Discreet, flexible and trustworthy people.
Good housekeeping and laundry skills.
Good handyman and technical skills.
Good communication skills.
English speaking (native or fluent), French a plus.
Autonomy required with a sense of service.
Driving license B.
Non-smokers
Familiar with animals (the family has two dogs that travel with them).
Motivated, dynamic and friendly people.
Hard-working and hands-on.
Work conditions
Job Condition
Schedule: Working hours: 5 to 6 days a week depending of the presence of the family. High flexibility required. Stay at the property when the family is in residence.
Accommodation: Independent house with 1 bed-, 1 living room, kitchen and bathroom on the property.
Employment contract: Permanent French contract (CDI)
Salary
Salary and Package: 5000€ net per month for the couple + accommodation.
