Job description
A lovely family of 4 is looking for an amazing, professional, discreet and honest Housekeeper to run their household near Rye in East Sussex, UK.
This beautiful Georgian house with 11 bedrooms is mainly used as a weekend residence.
The position comes with accommodation: a small separate cottage.
This is a full-time permanent position with an immediate start.
Responsibilities
Cleaning
• Laundry
• Groceries
• Forward planning
• Flower arrangements
• Checking all maintenance (lightbulbs, heating, repairs etc)
• Organising, efficiently managing and overseeing any household maintenance and tradespeople
• Aesthetic
• Taking care of any household pets
• Organising, efficiently managing and overseeing any additional cleaners or chefs
• Preparing house for principles and guests
• Adding a special touch to everything

Work conditions
Accommodation:
There would be a cottage accommodation at end of drive but the principals would want full flexibility: if needed to come in the house or into the closer cottage while they are away, do occasional baby sitting (very rare as there are nannies).
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week including weekends.
Salary
Flexible depending on experience.
