Job description
VIP UHNW Kuwaiti is looking to Hire a Live-in Female House Manager (for cultural reason) for their property in Kuwait. The right House manager must have 5 years or more experienced in a similar position.
The House Manager will be in charge to manage 15 household staff members from different countries
It is a very important position which needs a strong personality, well organized, knows how to prioritize and is familiar with Arab culture..
Responsibilities
- Supervising and organizing the staff in the family’s property (The house has currently 15 staff: 4 maids, 3 houseman, 2 drivers, 1 chef, 2 kitchen helper, 1 gardener, 2 Handy men)
- Delegates and gives tasks to the domestic staff at the property on behalf of the family
- handles daily requirements of the family members
- is aware about silver cleaning / taking care of antiques and Art to guide the other household staff
- is aware about formal seating & setting / table service to guide the other household staff
i- deas for daily lunch / dinner menus
- travel arrangements
- organizing events/parties
- accompany the family on their trips (also might include pre arrangements before the family arrives)
Requirements
- excellent English written and spoken is mandatory
- flexible
- willing to travel with the family (to Europe / US)
- min 5-7 years of experience
- strong personality
- high organizational skills
- driving licence
Work conditions
- 6 days work per week - 1 day off
- Full Time
- Permanet role
- Start date: ASAP
- Yearly leave (holidays): 4 weeks
- Housing: will have her own 1 bdr apartment nearby the family villa (10-15 min drive max)
- Will get a car to move around in Kuwait
Salary
From: USD 85000 per year - tax free Additional benefits: 1 Economy ticket home once a year
