Full time Luxury Property Manager Job Offer and Vacancy in Paris, France
A Luxury Property Manager is required to manage 3 to 5 luxury apartments in Paris, France
The candidate will organise and coordinate house maintenance and procedures. He/She will be the main contact for all companies that work in the apartments, nearly renovated.
The owners being foreign, it is essential that the person speaks English, and has a good level of French.
Responsibilities
Manage apartment maintenance
Find the right company to solve the malfunctions and failures.
Ensure compliance with security measures
Provide direction and management of the Company’s maintenance resources
Develop and ensure the proper implementation of the specifications by the stakeholders
Schedule all interventions according to missions and companies (external, internal
Responsible for the general maintenance running and being the main contact for subcontractor
Administrative management of maintenance files and ensuring compliance with intervention contracts
Discuss and collaborate with the house manager
Provide preventive and corrective maintenance
Produce a monthly report for technical interventions
Cost management for maintenance
Search for the most suitable subcontractors and optimize the quality of interventions
Requirements
Experience needed in project management and/or stakeholder management
Have a hight sens of responsibilities
Be organized and invested
Have to speak fluently English and French
Good building knowledge
