Full Time Live-out House Manager Vacancy and Job Offer in Dubai, UAE
UHNW European family is looking to hire an experienced Household Manager for their newly completed property in Dubai, the UAE.
The right candidate must have experience in building a new team and a new home setup.
This is a permanent live-out position with an immediate start.
Responsibilities
Organise and coordinate house administration and procedures
Ensure organisational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety
Developing intra-house communication
Inventory control
Staff supervision and task delegation
Liaise with the family office and executive assistants
Event planning and execution
Serve as a point of contact for household maintenance, supplies, bills, etc
Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers
Greet and welcome visitors
Requirements
Solid experience in a similar position
Experience of working in Dubai
Excellent references
Able to work in both formal and informal environments
Preferably a native English speaker
Driving license
Time management and communication skills
Ability to anticipate the principals' needs
Attention to detail
Well-organised individual able to work independently
Work conditions
Schedule : 5-6 days per week, to be discussed
Salary
