Job description
An experienced live-out Housekeeper is required for a large renovated 5 bedroom property in Manhattan, New York, USA.The right candidate will be required to work 5 days a week from Monday to Friday and do all the duties related to the property. However, the person needs to be flexible when the principal is present in the residence.
The housekeeper will be fully in charge to maintain the property neat and clean at all times (inside and outside) and preparing the arrival of the principals when they come.
This is not the primary residence and so the family visits only a few times a year.
This is a full-time and permanent position to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
- Clean the residence to a very high standard (mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, etc...)
- Taking care of the silver services
- Make the bed
- Laundry and ironing the clothes
- Prepare meals for the family
- Oversee any repairs and report to principals
- Run errands if needed
- Grocery shopping and stock the pantries and fridge before their arrival
- Organize closets and pantries
- Cleaning the terraces and outside areas (watering the plant, picking up dead leaves)
- Maintain the property
- Other duties on request
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as a housekeeper with UHNW families
- Knowledge of fine furnishings
- An eye for detail
- Someone trustworthy and hardworking
- Somebody seeking a long-term position
Work conditions
Working hours: Monday to Friday (40h/week)
Salary
Between $70000- $80000 (depending on the profile)
