Job description
Our client is looking for an experienced live-out houseman to take care of his property (5 bedrooms) in Manhattan, New York, USA.
The employee will be responsible for keeping the inside and outside areas clean and tidy on a daily basis respecting a luxury standard. The right candidate has to be skillful because he will be in charge of small repairs.
The client is looking for a professional candidate who can start as soon as possible. This is a live-out position

Responsibilities
- Assisting the domestic staff to clean the property : vacuuming, cleaning floors, windows, ...
- Repairing and replacing malfunctioned units or furniture : light bulbs, internet maintenance, kitchen equipment, ...
- Cleaning the terraces and outside areas
- Watering the plants and flowers
- Accepting heavy deliveries
- Moving furniture and other items
- Clearing the snow in winter when needed
- Knowing how to clean expensive furnishings
- Run errands if needed
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience as a houseman in UHNW families
- Flexibility to multi-task and efficiency
- Knowledge of fine furnishings
- Skills in organizing his work
- Willing to work and improve
- Trustworthy
Work conditions
- Job title : Live-out houseman
- Position to start : As soon as possible
- Working contract: Permanent
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Working hours : Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
- Sunday Saturday off (flexibility is required)
Salary
