Lovely family living in London, UK is looking to hire a Travelling Private Chef Cook (M/F) to prepare meals and manage food shopping in the family's various residences (UK, USA, France and Sweden).

Responsibilities
- Carry out food shopping
- Management of stocks
- Kitchen Maintenance
- Preparation of meals for the couple
- Preparation of meals for diners and receptions
- French, Mediterranean and Provençal cuisine
- Mastery of world cuisines
- Mastery of cooking with diets (intolerances, allergies)
- Use of seasonal products
- Menu suggestions with employer approval
- Keeping track of expenses with reporting to the employer
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar environment
- Professional diploma in cooking
- Mastery of world cuisines
- Available and discreet person
- Great flexibility to travel required
- Sense of responsibility and autonomy required
- Driving licence required (able to drive in England and USA)
- Up to date vaccination against covid 19
- Fluent in French and English required
