Job description
An HNW client is looking for a travelling private chef cook for his residence in Marylebone, London, United Kingdom. On the day-to-day basis the chef will be in charge of preparing daily meals for the client, and, when required for family and guests too, maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the kitchen areas to a very high standard, grocery shopping, etc…The ideal candidate must have an excellent cooking skill, also be hardworking, trustworthy, highly motivated and have minimum 3 years of experience on working in private residences or in top class resorts and hotels.This is a permanent live-out position to start as soon as possible. The accommodation will be provided while travelling.
Responsibilities
Preparation of the daily meals for the client (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks)Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for the guests occasionally Cooking simple and healthy meals to a very high standard Prepare the table and serve the meals while being entertainingMeal planning Cooking for 2-3 person once a week and between 8-10 person once a monthNote dietary restrictions and preferences of the client Organize and manage a full stocked pantryGrocery shoppingObserve good health and food hygiene when preparing meals and refreshmentsKeep kitchen in good condition, cleans all surfaces and floors after use Travel with the principal when required to Europe and USA
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in private HNW family or top-class resorts, hotels and restaurantsFlexibility and adaptability High degree of confidentiality, integrity and discretion Meticulous and attentive to details Driving licenseSpeaking EnglishKnowledge of international cuisineTravelling with the clientAbility to work in a team
