Job description
The appointment of a House Manager/Butler (M/F) is required for our client living in Tribeca, New York, USA. During summer season, the House Manager/Butler will follow the Principals to their second residency in the Hamptons, where an accomodation will be provided. The perfect candidate will have a hybrid profile with both management and operational skills. Flexibility needs to be shon upon employers’ needs. On the other hand, when the Principal is travelling for several weeks, the candidate will have a lighter schedule.This is a permanent live-out position to be started as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
Provide the day to day running of the property and maintain the highest standards and efficiency Strong table service skills : both fine dining service and semi-formal service for business lunches and dinners with guests hosted in the property Managing designer wardrobes and overseeing laundry service Being able to show strong management skills with a pro-active nature in domestic projects Domestic team coordination and scheduling (team of 3 to 6) Hospitality and pleasant demeanor ; greeting guests and accomodating family’s requests Wearing a smart casual attire in the home Communicating in a warm yet efficient and professional manner with the employer and the entire teamCraft cocktailing would be a plus Willing to travel between the Tribeca and Hamptons properties
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in UHNW families Speak english Addtional languages may be a plus Positive and « can-do » attitude Being able to be both hands-on but also sophisticated enough to communicate with UHNW interlocutors Humble and trustworthy person willing to guarantee a long-term commitment to the employers

Salary
Package : USD 90 000 – 120 000/year + Health insurance + Bonus + 401K + 14 days of paid holidays
