Job description
UHNW client based in Manhattan, New-York, USA is looking for an experienced House Manager to run their newly built and renovated 6-bedroom household.
The House Manager will need to know how to prepare the property before each arrival and must be available to partake in the training of the building’s mechanical and electrical systems by the client’s in-house team.
This is a permanent live-out position to be started as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
- Provide the day to day running of the property and maintain the highest standards and efficiency
- Overseeing all aspects of the property including maintenance and upkeep, overall appearance, organisation and cleanliness
- To identify and report maintenance and repair issues
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers as directed
- Supervise the daily work of housekeeping staff
- To manage and monitor household inventories
- Submit reports on the operation and management of the property
- Providing general household support, including assisting the family
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in UHNW families
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Positive attitude and a lead-by-example demeanour
- Professional and trustworthy candidate

Salary
- Salary : Up to $ 130 000 /year depending on experience
