A couple based in the Washington, D.C. suburbs in Chevy Chase, MD is in need of a live-out house manager. The right candidate has to be based locally as the client is not able to provide accommodation.

Responsibilities
- Manage the existing housekeepers
- Maintain the house by sourcing and managing repairmen or maintenance workers
- Buy groceries
- Pick up prescriptions
- Take care of an elderly dog
- Send and pick up packages, etc.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position
- Driver's license
- Checkable references
- Flexible and easy-going person
Work conditions
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6-8 hours a day

$ 45 000 -65 000 per annum depending on experience, negotiable
