Job description
Our repeat client is looking for a Russian speaking House Manager to support them with coordination and supervision of services and contractors in their main property and several apartments in Kensington London, UK. The role requires a candidate with similar experience working for a private household, with flexibility, excellent communication skills, multitasking and strong organisation skills.
Responsibilities
Liaising with services and contractors on behalf of the client Overseeing 4 housekeepers, 2 chauffeurs, services and contractorsCoordination of staff work schedulesRunning errands when requestedInspection of all home appliances and alarm systems - making sure all functions properly Researching and contacting new service providersDiary and e-mail management
Requirements
Previous experience working for a private householdFluent English and Russian speaker Confident liaising with principal, staff members, services and contractorsExcellent communication skills Excellent organisation skillsStrong attention to detailProactiveTrustworthyCapable of working without much supervision (able to take decisions when needed)
Work conditions
Start date: Immediate Permanent/Full-Time positionWorking hours: Monday - Friday from 10 am - 6.00 pm, some flexibility is required (must be available over the phone or email in case of emergency). The house manager may work from home when there are no appointments with contractors at the property.
Salary
£55 000 gross per year, payroll.
