Job description
A VIP couple is looking for a travelling personal assistant/house manager (H/F) in order to make their life smooth and organised at all times despite the extensive travel path. The family have properties in London, UK and Spain but travel extensively to the USA and worldwide. This is a live-in position with an open-ended contract, to be filled as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
Organising the life of the couple to make it smooth at all times Acting as a first point of contact for the couple and external contractors Hotel, private jet and restaurant bookings Shopping duties for the employers when required Dealing with Embassies when needed during travels Prepare the Principals’arrival in each of their properties Interviewing and recruiting staff members for the employers when needed Ability to anticipate the couple’s needs Ability to communicate effectively under pressure Prioritizing work loads and tasks with an eye for detail
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience as a personal assistant in VIP families Computer savvy Detail oriented and proactive person Friendliness and professionalism at all times « Can do » attitude with great communication skills Energetic and able to take directions Speak English Speak French and/or Spanish
Work conditions
Open-ended contract Working hours : Full time – flexible hours Probation period: 1 month
