Job description
A family is looking for a live-out housekeeper for their second residency in Miami, Florida, USA. The candidate will have to manage the property by her own (cleaning and simple maintenance). This is a full-time position to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
Cleaning of the entire property (mansion with five bedrooms, 6 bathrooms)Taking care of the laundry (cleaning and ironingRunning errandsWorking autonomouslyMaking sure of the security of the houseManage the exteriors (swimming pool, garden…) : simple work onlyLiaise with outside vendorsMaking sure the house is ready before every visits of the family and their guests
Requirements
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a similar roleExcellent skills of cleaning, sense of detailsTrustworthy, dynamic, sense of initiativeDriving license Available and flexible
Work conditions
