Job description
HNW Family of 4 (all adults) who spend time between several countries are currently looking for an experienced House Manager/PA for their London residence near the Regent's Park.
In addition to the house manager, the family have two other members of staff, a housekeeper and a chauffeur and part of the house manager's role will be to manage them.
This is a permanent live-out position with an immediate start.

Responsibilities
- Supervision of domestic staff
- Scheduling, managing and supervising third party suppliers and contractors
- Managing house finances and budgets for running the home
- Running household errands
- Organising appointments, booking flights, arranging all travel-related necessities
- Managing and coordinating with other family properties
- Managing business related tasks
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position
- Excellent references
- Flexible and adaptable person

Work conditions
Working hours: 5 days a week, 2 remote, minimum of 7 hours per day excluding break periods. The candidate may also be required to work on weekends, depending on the demands of the job.
A very important thing to note is flexibility. The family travel quite a lot and are often in different time zones, so there might be weekdays where they are not in contact at all and weekends where they might need urgent assistance (This will obviously never be a habit, but they need someone flexible enough to deal with it on the off chance that it happens).

Salary
£40 000 gross per annum; could be negotiable
