Job description

Our VIP client based in Miami, Florida, USA is looking to hire a Live-in House Manager for his newly refurbished huge property.​The House Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep, maintenance and repair of the house.​The House Manager will work closely with the housekeeper and supervise her/his work. Ability to manage vendors and take care of all administrative PA duties such as running reports, etc​We are looking for individuals with a keen antilytic mind, someone tech savvy with excellent oral and writing English communication skills.This position is live-in and accommodation is provided.

Responsibilities

Help the Principal pack and unpack when travellingSupervise the work of the housekeeperManage day to day vendors.Keen eye and proactive attitude for regular maintenance and repair workAssisting with special dinners and events (strong silver plate service skills required) Running errands when requiredTable flower arrangement if neededBeing hands-on with all administrative and PA duties (such as monthly reports, paying bills etc) Receiving and managing any mails and packages​

Requirements

Minimum 3 to 5 years experience working within private familiesOpen to travel with the Principal if needed​Strong silver plate service skills (wine knowledge would be a plus)Excellent oral and writing communication skills in EnglishBeing responsible, efficient, discreet and organisedGood hospitality and Economics knowledgeGood manners and strong attention to detailTrustworthinessPro active and flexibleMust have the rights to work in the US (ie. Work permit)​
