Job description
A long term Full time Live-in housekeeper role is now available in a large elegant home (7000sqm) situated in Franklin Lakes (NJ), USA. The property is situated on six fenced in acres in a seren wooded environment.The current staff consists of a full time on site property manager, a driver and a part time housekeeper. The couple owns 4 dogs extremely well trained. No dog walking is required since they have 6 acres to roam around.This is a position which can be live-in for a permanent contract to be started as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
Cleaning and maintaining the property to high standardsGetting along with the already existing teamGood knowledge of cleaning products and their useGrocery shoppingHelping around for cooking (main cooking is done by Mr. And Mrs. who enjoy doing it)Management of product and supply inventoryPacking and equipment organizationLaundry, ironing and folding laundryTake clothes to dry cleaningGood knowledge of specific fabric and their cleaning requirementsFeeding the dogsRun errands should the employers needBeing flexible for occasional dinner parties (8-10 times a year)
Requirements
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience high end propertiesFlexible and organized personExcellent time management skillsExcellent attention to detailsTaking initiatives and have a good communication with the employerCommitted and hard working personDog loverDriver’s licence

Position to start : ASAPPlace : Franklin Lakes (NJ), USA Permanent contractWorking hours : 7:00am - 5:00pm from Monday to FridayAccomodation : Big spacious apartment with private entrance, kitchen, high end stove, walking closet, modern bathroom. All utilities included
