Job description
Our client is looking for a Live-in housekeeper/cook for their 11 bedrooms Shooting Estate lodge near Edinburgh, Scotland, starting from Mid January.
They are looking for a housekeeper to perform all general housekeeping duties and some light home-style cooking.
The ideal candidate must be flexible, professional and very experienced with a strong emotional intelligence.
Accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities
- Peforming various cleaning tasks including but not limited to
- Vacuuming
- Mopping and Tyding
- Dusting furniture
- Laundress duties including ironing, clothing, bed linen
- Maintaining inventory of supplies
- Cooking ‘family –style’ breakfast lunch and dinner for the Principal using fresh and organic ingredients
- Create shopping list and do grocery shopping
Requirements
- Experienced candidates with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment

Salary
£32 000 to £35 000 gross annual salary depending on experience
