Job description
Family of four – two adults and two children of 12 years old and 13 years old with four dogs is looking for a Live-in housekeeper near Egham, Surrey, UK.They are looking for a housekeeper who can fulfil all housekeeper duties – cleaning, dusting, maintaining the property and who has very good knowledge of formal table service in a 17 000 sqm house.The ideal candidate must be flexible, open to travel with principals and have experience working in private households.Accommodation is provided (furnished flat)We are looking for a candidate to start as soon as possible.

Maintaining inventory of suppliesMaintenance and cleaning to a high standardVacuumingMoppingTydingDusting furniture (fine furniture)Laundry and ironing - clothing, bed linen, delicate items and hand-washingPolishing silver and brassMaintenance/cleaning of crystalCleaning of marble floorsPetcare (four dogs)Formal Table serviceServe coffee and teaChauffeur duties might be required
Requirements
Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting High Net Worth individuals/familiesExcellent cleaning skillsExperienced in cleaning silver and delicate materialVery good silver service skillsGood communication and presentation skills (i.e when welcoming guests and serving)Experience in cleaning marble floorsResponsibleAbove and beyond attitudeFlexible and committedDiscreet and trustworthyA keen eye for details and a good capacity to adapt to any request or situationOpen to travel with principals
Work conditions
Position: Live-in HousekeeperStart date: As soon as possibleLocation: Surrey, UKEmployment contract: Full time 50 hours contract, mainly Tuesdays to Saturdays but must be flexibleLive-in position, furnished flat with its own kitchen, bathroom and living room
Salary
£ 45 000 gross annual salary
