Job description
A couple with two small children and a cat, living in the countryside two hours south of Stockholm, Sweden is looking for a service minded Domestic Couple that would like to work for them on a long-term basis.
The clients live in a mansion 1100 sqm and run a family business, working from home.
For the clients, a good domestic couple is one that is willing to learn and continually adjust to the principals needs, is service minded and most importantly loyal to the family.
Typically, one of the couple will be a strong housekeeper/cook. They may also have additional childcare/nanny skills and or have specific skills like pet care.
The second half of the couple should generally be more focused on the external parts of the property, gardening, DIY skills, maintenance, chauffeuring skills. They may also have additional service skills such Butlering/Front of House.
Start: Autumn-Winter 2020 but could be sooner if they find the right couple

Responsibilities
- General household cleaning, vacuuming, dusting and polishing
- Washing, ironing, making and changing beds.
- Cooking healthy food and snacks preparation, serving and clearing up.
- Assistance with shopping/grocery and putting shopping/grocery away
- Helping to look after the children if necessary
- Household maintenance
- Inventory care
- Keeping track of cleaning, house and personnel supplies
- Babysitting if necessary
- Driving-related duties, running errands, chauffeuring
- Gardening, grow vegetables and fruits, picking fruits
- Butlering
- Outdoor household maintenance
- Swimming pool maintenance during summertime
- Caring for pets
Requirements
- Professional and experienced couple with excellent references
- Driving licence
- Fluent English
- Able to commit for a long time
- Positive and flexible attitude, able to work with a smile
Work conditions
- The couple will be provided with spacious accommodation (several rooms, own bathroom and kitchen) in a separate building next to the main house.
- Schedule: 5 days a week but flexibility is required
