Job description
A UHNW family requires the appointment of a housekeeper (M/F) near Lucerne, Switzerland, in order to clean and maintain the household to high standards.
The ideal candidate will have excellent housekeeping and cooking skills. This is a position where accommodation can be provided, to be filled as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining the private residence to high standards
- Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
- Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops and sinks
- Maintaining a clean and sanity kitchen area
- Making beds and changing linens, tiding up rooms
- Washing windows
- Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs
- Shampoo carpets, rugs and upholstery
- Sweeping / vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors
- Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens toiletries and other supplies
- Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces
- Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste
- Assist with meal preparation and serving when needed
- Cleaning appliances
- Responding to resident’s queries and requests
- Check and purchase groceries and household supplies to maintain adequate levels
- Organizing stocks for the kitchen
- Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements
- Grocery shopping
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in private household
- Experience with laundry would be a plus
- Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Able to work unsupervised and maintain a professional manner at all times
- Maintain a positive attitude toward residents and guests
- Speak English
