Job description
Our client based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is looking for a well-organized and hands-on head housekeeper to supervise 6 members of staff, the candidate must be female due to cultural reasons.
The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, flexible and have good communication skills. The principals travel a lot so the head housekeeper will be required to maintain the house in a perfect condition during their absence and regularly report to them.
The family will move to a bigger house in approximately a year, and the head housekeeper will have a chance for career progression to become a house manager.
Accommodation is provided (a separate bedroom with a bathroom).

Responsibilities
Supervise 6 members of staff – 3 maids, 2 chauffeurs and 1 cook
Ensure the house is clean and well maintained at all times
Report to principal and be the point of contact
Assist with planning and organising partiesManage budgeting and pay invoicesHelp with travel arrangements
Table service if required
Clean some parts of the house (master bedroom, etc)
Prepare property for the family arrival

Requirements
• Previous experience working for private families
• Willing to commit for a long time
• Fluent English
• Driving licence will be a plus
• Organised person with a keen eye for detail
• Good communication skills
• Hands-on attitude
• Flexible
• Discreet, honest and trustworthy
• Good capacity to adapt to any request or situation
