Job description
Nice Russian family is lookingfor a Domestic couple/Guardian couple to take care of their new property, located in Thonon-Les-Bains, France.The property is 500 m2 and the garden is 1,5 Ha.The couple will work full time. Flexibility is required when the owners are here. This is a live-in, long term contract. The couple will live in a nice separated and comfortable house with 2 floors and 2 bedrooms.
Responsibilities
Guarding and securityGeneral housekeeping of the propertyKnowing how to clean delicate materialsPolishing silverwareCooking for the family (3 to 4 people maximum) : simple and varied, healthy and good quality foodDressing and serving at tableRunning errandsLaudrying and ironingTaking care of the inside and outside maintenance of the property: garden, tennis court, hammam, sauna, gymGardening: water, mowing the lawn, clearing the grass, trimming, …Chauffeur for the principleMaintaining the carLiaising with external providers and supervising their worksFeeding and walking the dog
Requirements
Confirmed experience (with recommandations) in a similar environmentTrustworthy coupleGood presentationGood cooking skillsKnowledge for modern equipments (automation)Flexibility with hours when principle is in residenceAttention to detailsSense of serviceGood knowledge of how to take care of valuablesTechnical and maintenance skillsSpeaks French is mandatorySpeaks English and/or Russian is mandatoryDriving licence required
