Interior Designer Job and Vacancy

Responsibilities and Duties: Not Limited​Outline client design objectives; Conceptualize and sketch design plans;Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase;Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project;Source materials and products included in plans;Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision;Utilize computer applications in the design process;Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met;Supervising in-house projects;Overseeing of the day to day tasks and operations of the home;Managing household bills and administrative duties;Running errands and performing necessary tasks;Supervision of other household staff, such as housekeepers, private chefs, nannies, maintenance teams;Ensure Security at the home is always in working order and that the Security Guards are always alert and doing their job to their best ability;Recon expenditure of the house;Oversees the general operation of the home;Scheduling home maintenance and repair work;Responsibilities of planning, organizing and coordinating events;Managing household calendars and schedules;Arranging appointments, scheduling and supervising home maintenance projects;Completing any other requested administrative tasks;Understanding of food and beverages;Able to understand an instruction and to action accordingly;Able to act as a Host when and if requested;Be prepared to travel with the employer from time to time and act as House Manager and or Personal Assistant;Demonstrate ability to communicate well with high profile clients and guests.​ Candidat
