A golf coach provides personalised lessons for their client, assesses their progress and offers useful advice in order for them to improve their game.
Sometimes, they may be requested to take on additional responsibilities, such as managing a sports club, selling or purchasing top quality sporting equipment, or recruiting new personnel (primarily caddies).
A golf coach is expected to have a high level of expertise and be able to teach effectively. They must be able to correctly asses the student’s prior knowledge and capabilities, the areas in need of improvement and design personalised exercises to achieve this aim.

How can a private golf coach help you?
- Designing clear plans and programmes to address areas in need of improvement
- Preparing personalised training sessions adapted to the client’s ambitions, technical ability and personality
- Organising training sessions according to the client’s requirements (schedule, location: golf club, private golf course, etc.)

All our golf coaches are required to:
- Hold clean criminal records in both their country of employment and country of origin
- Present all certificates and qualifications from training centres and/or schools they attended
- Successfully pass two interview stages
- Provide at least three positive references from previous employers
- Complete professional dossiers containing: CV, cover letter, proof of identity (photocopy or scan), proof of address, proof of the right to work in the country of employment (if applicable), driving license and pay slips from previous professional placements. Candidates should be aware that other documentation may also be required.
