Full Time Stables Manager Job Offer and Vacancy in Dubai, the UAE
Our client is looking for an experienced and reliable Stables Manager to oversee a large private stable in Dubai, the UAE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the stables, ensuring the welfare and wellbeing of the horses, managing the staff, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the stables.
This is a permanent full-time role, start as soon as possible.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the stables
- Ensure the welfare and wellbeing of the horses at all times
- Coordinate and schedule all activities related to horse care, including feeding, grooming, and exercise
- Monitor the health of the horses and ensure they receive necessary medical attention
- Train and supervise staff, including stable hands and grooms
- Maintain the stables and surrounding areas in a clean and organized manner
- Manage inventory and stock of supplies, equipment, and feed
- Implement and maintain safety procedures and protocols
- Oversee the breeding program and ensure all foals are healthy and well-cared for
- Communicate effectively with owners, trainers, and veterinarians as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Profile requirement
- Solid experience in managing a large private or commercial stable
- Strong knowledge of equine care and management
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a team (over 20-30 people) and work collaboratively with others
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Effective communication skills, both written and verb
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as neede
- Must be physically able to perform the duties required of the position
Job Condition
- Position : Stables Manager (M/F)
- Location : Dubai (UAE)
- Starting date : asap
- Employment contract: Full-time / permanent / live-in (separated accommodation)
- Probation period: To be determined
- Working hours : 5-6 days per week, hours to be discussed.
