Each candidate has a complete file containing thoroughly verified documents, including: a Curriculum Vitae, cover letter, references from previous employers, qualification certificates, ID card or passport, driving license, CRB check, work permit, pay slips and employment contracts.
We also offer the possibility of a five-minute personalised video presentation of the candidate, which will be sent by email with their complete file. This allows you to view them face-to-face to ascertain their suitability for the required position.
Our considerable database comprises only the finest candidates with a minimum of three years experience working for private individuals, luxury hotels, or trained in leading European institutions for high-end service.

After presenting you with selection of candidate profiles based on your needs and requirements, you have the option to interview one or many of them by telephone or Skype. If our clients prefer to meet in person, our staff are also available to organise this.
All the documents relating to the candidate will also be supplied in advance of the interview.

In order for you to effectively ascertain the quality and personality of every candidate we select, we provide you with detailed interview notes from our expert recruitment consultants. In cases where candidates are living abroad or far from the vacancy location, our staff offers to organise face-to-face interviews (including flights, trains, hotel, taxi as appropriate and charged to the client). Clients also have the choice of a first interview via Skype or telephone, prior to meeting in person.
Employment contract
When a client wishes to offer a position to one of our candidates, we establish a draft agreement of the job proposal to ensure maximum security and satisfaction for both parties.
Once the candidate has accepted the offer, they are then employed directly by the client. An exception is made in the case of temporary contracts, where our agency hires the candidate and bills the client.
Settling in new employees
In the case of relocation, our staff provides help and support for chosen candidates during the initial settling in period. This is inclusive of accommodation, visa requirements and work permits.

Service guarantee
