Candidate process

Our recruitment process follows those three steps:

  1. Interview with a recruiter
  2. Candidate profiling
  3. Reference checking

Initial consultation

  • The process begins with an initial consultation between the candidate and one of our experienced recruiter. (between 30 and 1h30, depends of the role you apply for)
  • During this conversation, we discuss your career aspirations, skills, experience, preferences, and any specific criteria you have in mind for your next job.
  • This consultation helps us understand your unique profile and what you’re looking for in your next role.
  • The recruiter has a duty of transparency to say whether your wishes and experience are convincing enough to work for our customers, and to help you identify areas for development.

 

It’s not just an interview. It’s a career counseling session.

Candidate profiling

  • After the initial consultation, we create a detailed candidate profile that includes your professional background, skills, and career objectives.
  • This profile serves as a reference point for our team to match you with suitable job opportunities.
  • Our unique position-candidate matching AI brings up your profile depending on the opportunities, so we recommend that you fill it in as fully as possible

Reference checking

  • This is a very important step in our industry where security plays a central role.
  • We ask for references: work certificate, letter of recommendation from previous employer and contact details of the HR department that the recruiter will contact.

Reference check process

Before we proceed, we need your permission to contact your references. We keep everything confidential and only use it to assess your suitability for the position.

Once we have your approval, we gather your references’ contact details accurately. Then, we’ll reach out to schedule a reference check, explaining the purpose of the call and the questions we’ll ask.

During the check, we’ll verify the identity of your references, ask prepared questions, and take detailed notes. Your cooperation is appreciated as we assist you in your job search. 

Document the findings

After each reference check, we note down the important details, including any strengths or areas for improvement mentioned by the reference. We also record when and how we communicated (phone call, email, etc.).

Verify information

We’ll double-check the information we got from references by comparing it with your resume, application, and interview responses. If we notice any differences, we’ll reach out to you for clarification.

Maintain Confidentiality

Handle reference information with utmost confidentiality and ensure that it is securely stored.

Reporting and using feedbacks

After conducting reference checks, we’ll share the findings with the hiring team or decision-makers. We ensure our assessment is objective and provides a comprehensive view of the candidate based on references.

This feedback will be considered alongside other evaluation criteria to make an informed hiring decision. If there is any concerns from the reference check that impact the decision, we’ll provide constructive feedback to you.

Our consultants actively search for positions that match your profile and preferences. We take into account factors like location, job role, compensation, and company culture to find the best-fit opportunities for you.

Once we identify potential job openings, we’ll present them to you. This includes sharing job descriptions, company profiles, and other relevant information.

Interview support

Additionally, we assist in scheduling interviews with employers, working closely with both of you to ensure a smooth interview process.

Contract negotiation

If you receive an offer, our team will assist in negotiating compensation packages and contract terms on your behalf. Our aim is to secure the best possible offer for you.

Relocation support

For candidates considering positions abroad, we provide assistance with visa applications, housing arrangements, and other logistics related to relocation.

Onboarding and transition

After accepting the job offer, we will assist you with your transition into the new role, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. We’re available to address any questions or concerns you have during this time.
