House Manager Job Offer and Vacancy
UHNWI is looking for an experienced House Manager to take care of the management of its properties in Washington, USA and its staff management.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensuring smooth running of the properties
- Overseeing the household staff
- Hiring and training new staff
- Managing the household budget (salaries, bills, etc.)
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers and sub-contractors
- Reporting to the Property Manager
- Report malfunctions and checking/maintaining equipment
- Ensuring the highest levels of service and expectations are always met
- Small repairs
- Concierge services
Requirements
- 5 years ’experience as a House Manager in private families
- English speaking & French
- Excellent managerial and organizational skills
- Leadership skills
- Detail oriented
- Responsible and well-organized
- Discreet, flexible and trustworthy
- Full driving license
Conditions
- Starting date: ASAP
- Employment contract : Permanent
- Live-out position
- Working hours : to define
- Probation period: 1 Month renewable
