UHNW family of 4 (two adults and two children) is looking for a professional and organized House Manager to manage their Estate and lead the household team of 6 people. This is a permanent full-time position.
Requirements
- 5 years’ of experience as a House Manager in private families
- Fluent English
- Excellent managerial and organizational skills
- Leadership skills
- Detail oriented
- Responsible and well-organized
- Discreet
Duties and responsibilities
- Ensuring smooth running of the property
- Overseeing the household personnel (6 people)
- Managing the household’s schedules
- Hiring and training new personnel
- Managing the household budget (salaries, bills, etc.)
- Financial reporting
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers and sub-contractors
- Reporting to the Principal
- Running personal errands
